.sephora is aiming to be more transparent with customers
Beauty brands continue to embrace CBD, unveiling a number of lines touting the reported health benefits of using the product. As you make your way down the makeup aisle, Sephora wants to better educate customers on what exactly it means when a product does contain CBD. In keeping with their previously announced"Clean at Sephora" standards, Sephora unveiled its"CBD Standards" intended to provide"transparency and assurance" to customers.
According to Deily, the standards were established in response to continued interest of CBD beauty products."We've seen clients' demand for transparency continue to grow, and it's important to Sephora that we are a trusted resource," she said"With the amount of products flooding the market, there can be confusion and mistrust. As part of our research and client listening, our clients told us they weren't fully confident in shopping the category.
