In late January, Fox’s mother was asleep and didn’t hear the alarm as a fire began to spread in the home. No other family member was home except their dog, Bleu, who began to bark.. “He was barking really loud, trying to get my mom — obviously he knew my mom was inside,” she added. Though, her mother did not hear the barking either. While on their lunch break, thankfully, two police officers saw the smoke in the air and followed it back to their home. They thought they heard loud screams.
“The dog had been barking really loud, so what they thought was screaming was actually Bleu, still trying to get my mom’s attention,” sheThe officers smashed the door open and were able to save Fox’s mother. The neighbors helped save two Chihuahuas, but Bleu did not make it.. “Because if it wasn’t for Bleu, my mom probably wouldn’t have made it, because they wouldn’t have known she was in the house.
