Travis J. Collins was ordered Monday to stand trial in Dauphin County for an August homicide at the Harrisburg Hilton.But he apparently is preparing to battle police and prosecutors over the circumstances leading up to Sarazen’s death, and will argue they do not warrant sending him to jail for, at miminum, the rest of his natural life.
