Hinatazaka46’s new single “Tteka” debuts at No. 1 on this week’s Billboard Japan Hot 100, dated Oct. 25 to 31.
The J-pop girl group’s sixth single sold 432,829 copies to hit No. 1 for sales, while also ruling look-ups, which counts the number of times a CD is ripped to a computer. The track also performed fairly well in other metrics: No. 4 for downloads , No. 9 for Twitter mentions, No. 25 for radio airplay, and No. 61 for streaming.
The Billboard Japan Hot 100 combines physical and digital sales, audio streams, radio airplay, Twitter mentions, YouTube and GYAO! video views, Gracenote look-ups and karaoke data.
