Right fielder Will Brennan will be sidelined for at least 10 days with a rib injury.
KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The Guardians will go with rookies Daniel Schneemann and Jhonkensy Noel in right field for the immediate future after placing Will Brennan on the injured list before Thursday night’s game against the Royals at Kauffman Stadium.
Brennan was placed on the IL with inflammation in his rib cage. Manager Stephen Vogt said Brennan wanted to play through the injury.
