Temperatures in Houston will gradually increase through the week and be above 90 degrees...

You can dread it. You can even try to run from it. But, no matter what, summer arrives all the same.

The last weekend of April might have been the last taste of springlike temperatures in Houston for now. The National Weather Service in League City forecasts temperatures to rise into the 90s by Saturday. Patchy fog possible tonight then another warm day tomorrow with increased cloud cover. An upward temperature trend takes us into the 90s by Friday. Heat index values will be around 100°F at the end of the week, so be sure to practice heat safety! 🥵
