Dentures found by a Mississippi man visiting Alabama are on their way to the owner in what has affectionately been dubbed “The Denture Adventure.”
Aaron Welborn of Mississippi posted this photo of dentures he found in the Gulf of Mexico. Facebook found their owner and they are on their way back to their owner in Wisconsin.A set of $2,000 dentures are headed back to their owner after being found in the Gulf of Mexico off Gulf Shores last week.
The story started on Monday, May 9th when Randy Williams of Wisconsin was visiting the Alabama coast. Williams toldhe lost his dentures when he was hit by a wave in the water. He searched for the teeth but was unable to find them and returned home May 13th. That same day, Aaron Welborn of Mississippi was snorkeling near the shore when he spotted the dentures embedded in the sand.Welborn noticed a name – Randy Williams – on the dentures.
The teeth are on their way to the owner in what Welborn has affectionately dubbed “The Denture Adventure.” His Facebook post shows a variety of pictures with the dentures enjoying their own vacation before heading home.
