The Russian River floods when water levels exceed 32 feet. That’s expected to happen this coming Monday at about 3 p.m., the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s prediction mapIn preparation, residents living near the river from Healdsburg to Jenner have been placed under an evacuation warning,. The warning will stay in effect through the weekend for about 13,000 residents, Sgt. Juan Valencia of the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office told SFGATE.
Residents can check for floods and road closures and see whether they live in an evacuation zone by referring to the county’s emergency services
