The film is being produced Ratner's OBB Pictures, Bieber Time Films and Scooter Braun Films. Michael D. and Scott Ratner, Kfir Goldberg, and Andy Mininger are producing for OBB Pictures.
Bieber's manager Scooter Braun, Allison Kaye, Scott Manson and Jennifer McDaniels are listed as executive producers via Scooter Braun Films, while Bieber himself earns the same credit. Jules Ferree, Nick DeMoura, Rory Kramer, Jillian Halterman and Rick Faigin will co-executive produce.
