A parking lot takeover crackdown conducted by the Houston Police Department led to four arrests and two vehicle seizures.Houston Police Department The takeover took place in the 21200 block of FM529, the department said in a tweet at 8:58 a.m. on Saturday.Our Traffic Crimes Unit with the assistance of the HPD’s Traffic Crimes Unit were called to a parking lot take over in the 21200 block of FM529. 4 arrested 2 seized vehicles. This endangers the public and damages private property , please stop.
