Huntsville police are searching for a murder suspect in the Friday shooting death of a 25-year-old man found in a shallow grave, authorities said Monday. Police obtained a murder warrant for 22-year-old Dominick “Big Man” LaShawn McIver in the slaying of Keydrick Davies Evans, 25.Evans’ body was found in a shallow grave Friday at an abandoned home in the 3100 block of Blue Spring Road after Huntsville police’s major crimes unit received a tip.
Two suspects have been arrested and charged with murder in the case: Daniel Joe Smallwood, 34, and 28-year-old Samantha Bittlow Icy Parker.Anyone with information about the case, including McIver’s whereabouts, was asked to may call Huntsville police investigators at 256-722-7100.
