The man was identified as 60-year-old Albert Stout.

His body will be transported from Panguitch to the state medical examiner’s office in Taylorsville, where his official cause of death will be determined. “Our condolences go out to Mr. Stout’s family for their loss,” authorities said in a news release Wednesday. No other details were released Wednesday afternoon. Tom Byrd, commander for the Iron/Garfield/Beaver Critical Incident Task Force, declined to provide more information. Stout’s death remains under investigation.
