Michelle Salas, the model, blogger, and daughter of Luis Miguel, shares her Italian wedding exclusively with Vogue.
This past weekend, model and beauty blogger Michelle Salas married businessman Danilo Diaz Granados in Italy. The couple first met in 2016 through mutual friends. “It was love at first sight, and we haven’t been apart since we met,” the bride told Vogue. For her big day, Salas wore a spectacular custom-made dress by Dolce & Gabbana, after developing a close relationship with the brand over the past few years.
Salas’s wedding was also filled with sentimental details relating to her family. Prior to the ceremony in Italy, she was able to throw a party in Mexico in the company of her great-grandmother, the Mexican actress Silvia Pinal, organized by collector Eugenio Lopez. In addition, Salas wanted to pay tribute to one of her childhood memories of the perfumes that her grandmother, Silvia Pasquel, would keep in a wooden cabinet.
