Matt Baker house: The One Show host lives on a farm in Hertfordshire with his wife and children
February 11, 2020 - 16:30 GMT Chloe Best Matt Baker has just weeks left of his presenting role on The One Show after announcing his plans to leave the show in December, partly so he can spend more time with his family. And while he is also looking forward to pursuing new career opportunities, there's no doubt he will be keen to spend more time at home, which is on a farm in Hertfordshire.

Matt also wrote a day in the life diary for Countryfile's website, and detailed some of the activities his kids enjoy doing, such as numbering the sheep with a can of spray paint, and feeding the sheep.
