Intel says it is the first 24-core laptop processor which, at 5.6GHz, is the “world’s fastest mobile processor.”The 13th Gen Intel Core mobile processors include 32 separate entries that Intel says provide a swathe of feature and capability options for a wide range of laptop segments.
The new processor offers up to 5.6 gigahertz turbo frequency, which Intel says is the highest clock speed available for the laptop market to deliver up to 11% faster single-thread performance and 49% faster multitasking performance over the previous generation. Intel also says that the chips have improved integrated graphics based on a better driver stack, and all the HX and HK chip SKUs can be overclocked.
