On Oct. 17 a pickleball player reported an intoxicated man was harassing park patrons and creating a disturbance.

Responding officers found the man in the area of the basketball courts. The highly agitated and obviously intoxicated man said he had gotten into an argument with people at the park. Witnesses said the man was swearing, taunting patrons, and creating a disturbance. The 47-year-old Bay Village resident was cited. Due to his level of intoxication, he was transported to the hospital for treatment.On Oct.18 a resident went to the police station to claim property from a prior incident.
