Could the Marina be in line for a massive 14,000-square-foot food hall?

A Southern California real estate firm is eyeing a vacant two-story building in Cow Hollow to house a 14,000-square-foot food hall.

It's unclear whether Presidio Capital is considering building out a food hall-like business, with multiple distinct restaurants, or a primarily delivery-adjacent vehicle that would not host diners. In response to Presidio's inquiry on a potential limited restaurant use, planning officials confirmed that both floors of the building are principally permitted for regular restaurant or limited restaurant use. The limited use does not require on-site seating for diners.
