Summary SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT Robert Kirkman's young superhero is only just getting started with the official Invincible season 2 trailer. Based on Kirkman's graphic novel series of the same name, the animated Prime Video show centers on Mark Grayson, the eponymous hero as he grapples with being the son of the world's most powerful superhero, who himself is hiding a very dark secret. With an ensemble cast led by Steven Yeun and J.K.
The trailer, as seen above, reveals a deeper look at the next chapter of the hit Prime Video show, namely Mark's desire to get back into the fold of fighting crime after being left beaten by his father Omni-Man in the season 1 finale. His return won't be a smooth one, though, as the video teases he continues to grapple with the evil legacy left behind by his father and subsequently pits him against multiversal villain Angstrom Levy.
Much of the Invincible season 2 trailer shows Mark struggling to come to terms with his and his father's Viltrumite heritage and the knowledge that their race is keen on conquering Earth for themselves.
