Following the release of two American hostages, militant group Hamas said late Friday it is working with mediators in Egypt, Qatar and other 'friendly countries' to release more foreign hostages it is holding in Gaza 'This commitment remains resolute as we endeavor to enact our decision to release
individuals of foreign nationalities under temporary custody, as and when security circumstances permit,' Hamas said in a statement. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said Friday that some of the 10 Americans who remain unaccounted for are being held with roughly 200 hostages believed to be from various countries.
