Palestinian PM Shtayyeh slams 'organised Israeli terrorism' after Israeli forces shoot dead two Palestinians, including a journalist, in occupied West Bank
"The bullet grazed Ghofran Warasnah's ribs, passing through the flesh under her left armpit and exiting from her right side," says Palestine's Health Ministry.
