Palestinian authorities say Israeli forces killed a Palestinian militant in the north of the occupied West Bank.

The Israeli army said the incident occurred during a nighttime raid into the West Bank, after Palestinians fired and threw explosives at soldiers in the town of Kafr Dan. Soldiers shot back, hitting Hasan.
