Soon after the song dropped, J-Hope stopped byand Twitter to share some behind-the-scenes pics from the video shoot. The rapper, whose real name is Jung Hoseok, posted a selfie and a full-body shot taken while on set, as well as a close-up shot of some of the video’s props. To end on a high note, he closed off the tweet with a close-up of his nail art, giving ARMYs major nail envy.
For the “Outro: Ego” video, Hobi decided to rock his very own personalized manicure. On his left hand, he sported the letters “E,” “G,” and “O” in a simple, all-black and fine-line calligraphy style across his index, middle, and ring fingers, respectively. For his right hand, he took a more sticker-like approach, going for a classic, yellow smiley face on his pinky and the word “hope” in a black and white style on his index finger.
