Jacksonville office sector: City benefits from multiple relocations
The office sector arguably received the most adversity since the beginning of the pandemic, altering the way people work and how employers view the spaces they rent.
“Companies with leases expiring are forced to make a decision,” Barakat said. “Most are giving back space and determining work from home is a long-term situation.
