Munchausen is a disorder that involves a person repeatedly and deliberately acting as if they have a physical or mental illness when, in reality, they aren't really sick.
The suspicions came after some saw Jamil's comments about her car accidents as incongruous. What people didn't understand, Jamil says, is that she had two separate accidents 13 years apart. They were confusing the two incidents as just one.
