The panel has asked for documents to be produced by Nov. 23, and for the recipients to appear for closed-door depositions in late November to mid-December. Separately, a federal judge on Tuesday evening rejected Trump's efforts to block the Jan. 6 select committee from obtaining records out of the National Archives that the panel has sought in its investigation of Trump's attempts to overturn the 2020 election.
