Jeremy Aram Baskin, 46, was found unresponsive in his private cell at 9:11 p.m. Saturday, according to the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office. He was pronounced dead within the hour.

Jeremy Aram Baskin, 46, was found unresponsive in his private cell at 9:11 p.m. Saturday, according to the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office.Baskin had been in the jail since Aug. 8 when he was arrested on multiple charges of failure to appear in court on misdemeanor charges. Chief Deputy Coroner Bill Yates said an autopsy performed Sunday showed no signs of foul play. The cause of death is pending further laboratory testing.
