Jennifer Garner Says She Worried About Her Drinking During the Pandemic, 'What Is the Right Amount?’
While the two are not medical professionals, the pair took to Instagram Live this week to chat about their own experience with dabbling in alifestyle, and how challenging yourself to think twice before you grab another glass of wine can actually do your body good.
“I always felt like it’s not an issue because I never get drunk,” Garner said in the video. “But then I started thinking; I’m having a little bit every night, and especially during the pandemic, and so isn’t it something we should talk about?” “We decided to do Dry January just to dry out and that was so great. I was sleeping. I felt happy again all the time. I didn’t feel out of control. I felt really grounded,” Greer said. “I shouldn’t say I felt happy all the time, that’s not possible for me, but I felt like I could cope with everything that was coming up easily.”
