Cacace is tall, rangy, and always coming forward, but this is a significant step up in class for him. Furthermore, he's not a particularly big puncher, with only seven knockouts in twenty-one wins, and he doesn't have any notable wins that suggest he's been underachieving in the local ranks.
There have been talks Cordina is struggling to make the 130-pound limit over his last few fights.
