The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is investigating due to a reported person shot in a Brentwood neighborhood at 3300 North Laura St.

ActionNewsJax.com News StaffJACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office reported a man fatally shot inside a Brentwood neighborhood garage at 3300 North Laura St.

According to JSO, at around 6:15 p.m., Officers responded to the Brentwood neighborhood due to a reported shooting. When arriving at the scene, officers found an adult man inside a garage of a home suffering from at least one fatal gunshot wound. The victim was declared deceased at the scene.JSO encourage anyone with information to call the JSO non-emergency number at 630-0500, or they can call CRIMESTOPPERS at 866-845-TIPS.
