Julia, who has been trotting the globe in extremely low-rise garments for the past several months, was seen around Los Angeles over the weekend in an extremely advanced pair. Julia wore black acid-washed low-rise jeggings with built-in boots. She paired the shoe-jeggings with a matching bra and bomber jacket as well as black leather gloves and a bag. It is unclear whether or not the shoes are built-in or whether the jeggings were made to cover shoes.
She wore her hair in a similar sleek and feminine style with a black headband, a sort of homage to the '60s, perhaps?
