Police in the Hamptons released a mugshot of singer Justin Timberlake Tuesday afternoon, following his arrest for driving while intoxicated after leaving a party.Timberlake, 45, was held overnight by Sag Harbor Police Department ahead of his arraignment at the village's courthouse Tuesday morning. He was released without bail.The Sag Harbor Police Department confirmed to Newsweek Tuesday morning that the star was in their custody.
He appeared for arraignment Tuesday, charged with a DWI offense, and was later seen leaving the court in a black baseball cap and black button-down shirt.Timberlake is currently on tour, with two shows planned at the United Center in Chicago, Il. on June 20 and 21, followed by two shows at New York City's Madison Square Garden.Newsweek reached out to both venues for comment, with MSG deferring to Timberlake's management.
