Katy Perry is proudly showing off her baby bump for the first time since announcing her pregnancy this week.
“Hello Australia, hello Melbourne! We are here at the ICC Women’s T20 Women’s Cricket World Cup. I’m about to play it tomorrow,” the 35-year-old said in an Instagram story. “We’re trying to make it the most attended female sporting event ever.” This week on Twitter, Perry admitted that she’s thrilled to not hide her belly any longer. “Omg so glad I don’t have to suck it in anymore,” she tweeted, adding, “or carry around a big purse lol.”— KATY PERRY March 5, 2020 or carry around a big purse lol
“This song is not the lead single off of my next record,” the singer said. “But honestly I was getting way too fat to hide it. So I was like, ‘Well, I think this song would be a great reveal....’” She added, “...That’s how I communicate things — I communicate through music — so I think, what better way to do that.”
