Walton Street — for $12 million.

Within that package, records show that Griffin specifically paid $12.13 million for the 36th-floor unit, meaning that he does not expect to turn a profit on the 36th-floor unit.It’s not known yet when — or if — Griffin will list the full-floor units on the 37th and 38th floors of the building at 9 W. Walton. Griffin listed the 35th-floor unit for $14 million in August and took it off the market in early June.
