In a resurfaced tweet from August 2020, the then-20-year-old claimed the “RHOA” alum forced her to keep the outing a “secret.”
In court documents obtained by Page Six, the retired NFL star, 37, requested that Zolciak, 45, undergo psychological evaluation amid her alleged “compulsion” to spend “substantial time and marital funds on gambling and other games of chance.”
According to Kroy, who shares six children with Zolciak, she has “financially devastated” their family. He went on to provide the court with copies of bank statements and checks that allegedly showed thousands of dollars in withdrawals. Biermann claimed she “was walking out to go to dinner” when Zolciak “said get in the car we’re going somewhete [sic].
