King Charles and Queen Consort Camilla got a tour from Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney at their team's stadium.
got to tour a soccer pitch in North Wales this week with a couple of big-time Hollywood actors.
The royal couple paid a visit to the Wrexham Association Football Club at Wrexham Stadium on Friday to learn more about its redevelopment, and were met there bywho purchased the club in 2020. During the trip, Charles and Camilla were first welcomed to the Racecourse Ground stadium by local officials before being led through the Player's Tunnel to give them the same experience as the professional players.
After chatting for a bit with Reynolds and McElhenney, the King and Queen Consort went on to meet and pose for some photos with the First, Women's and Youth Teams based in Wrexham. The royals then personally greeted a number of Wrexham AFC personnel scattered throughout the Macron Stand, including coaches, medics, and admins.
The last time Reynolds and McElhenney got together was for an equally important, but decidedly less glamorous reason— . Back in September, the two actors released a video in which they both underwent their first-ever colonoscopy to shed light on this illness and how it can be prevented. Reynolds and thestar teamed up with Lead From Behind, a colon cancer awareness organization that works in association with the Colorectal Cancer Alliance.
