SEATTLE — Adoptable kittens and cats will take over Seattle City Hall once again for a citywide adoption event known as Kitty Hall.

The public will be able to meet, greet and adopt a kitten or cat that is being cared for at the shelter, just in time for the felines to have a forever home for the holidays. Also returning this year is a chance for the public to vote for an adoptable adult cat to be named “Kitty Council President.”
