It all started before a trip to Los Angeles to visit the family, and Lorelei sent Dax a text alerting him about the time of her arrival into the city.
Realizing the mix-up, Kristen revealed Dax panicked and said, "Oh no, I made a huge mistake," showing her his phone. "By the way, the minute you involve an eggplant emoji, the whole story changes," she told Ellen, adding in a seductive voice: "Because now it reads, 'I'll be there at 11. Can't wait to see you tonight.'" Thankfully, Lorelei was none the wiser, as Kristen admitted her mom didn't know the meaning of the eggplant emoji.
