The social media star, her hair swept up in a towering updo, opted for a custom royal blue stretch velvet strapless dress with diving décolletage. Around her neck, she wore a velvet ribbon choker with an anatomical heart pendant in black enamel adorned with rhinestones. Call it Jenner’s Disney villain era: incredibly sensual and severe.
