La Baja 1000 - Le défi ultime des courses tout-terrain en 2023.
La Baja 1000 Peninsula est une célèbre course de rallye pour véhicules tout-terrains qui se déroule chaque année, depuis plus de 40 ans, dans la Péninsule de Basse-Californie au nord-ouest du Mexique.
Tout au long du parcours, les pilotes doivent éviter des pièges sur la piste et faire face à des conditions météorologiques fluctuantes, des terrains éprouvants et des routes encombrées par des roches. Pourtant, chaque année des centaines de pilotes amateurs et professionnels participent à ce marathon et acceptent le challenge.
En dehors de leur propre carrière de pilote, les Losier ont également joué un rôle actif dans le monde du rallye canadien en apportant leur soutien à plusieurs équipes pour les aider à se surpasser et réaliser leurs objectifs.
Tout d’abord, les participants doivent se préparer physiquement pour survivre dans les conditions extrêmes de la course en suivant des programmes d’entraînement intenses et en adoptant des mesures diététiques pour optimiser leurs efforts et leur hydratation. En effet, affronter le désert sous un soleil de plomb pendant des jours nécessite beaucoup d’endurance et de préparation préalable.
