The new Lamborghini Temerario will outgun even the potent Ferrari 296 GTB
The new supercar will be driven by a bespoke 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8. Like the Revuelto, the Temerario will also feature three electric motors. Lamborghini will unveil its all-new model in August. The successor to the Lamborghini Huracan will pump out more than 887 hp, giving it a significant power advantage over the Ferrari 296 GTB that it will rival. Last month, Lamborghini confirmed its new, ‘entry-level’ mid-engined supercar would feature a 4.
The larger Lamborghini Revuelto also uses three motors, and the Huracan successor should have the same setup, meaning two of those motors will drive the front wheels. The Revuelto churns out 1,001 hp through its 6.5-liter naturally-aspirated V12 and trio of electric motors. While Winkelmann didn’t specify an exact horsepower number for the Temerario, other than saying it’ll have more than 887 hp or 900 PS, it certainly won’t have a four-digit horsepower figure like its bigger brother.
