KBS has started revealing the profiles of the contestants from its upcoming survival show 'MAKE MATE 1'! KBS 2TV’s “MAKE MATE 1 (MA1)' is a global idol debut project that aims to create ('MAKE') a dream stage by bringing together friends ('MATE') to become one ('ONE') unit.
“Chief Detective 1958” will serve as a prequel to the classic Korean series “Chief Inspector,” which ran for 18 years from 1971 to 1989 and achieved an incredible peak of 70 percent ratings back in its heyday. While the original show was set in the 1970s and 1980s , “Chief Detective 1958” will be set even earlier, in 1958.
The newly released stills depict countryside detective Park Young Han making a great transformation into Jongnam Police Station’s detective. With a huge bag in tow while leaving the Hwangcheon police station, Park Young Han’s gaze is filled with passion and ambition to achieve his dream.
