Democrats and liberals are frustrated that some in their own party obstruct their aims, from abortion to climate. But they hope to focus that anger against Republicans in the fall.

Kyrsten Sinema for consistently undermining the Democrats’ agenda, and in some case Schumer for not finding a way to overcome their resistance.
