Neighbors near the home complained to the police and said there would be activity all day and night surrounding the residence for weeks.

Harris County Constable Precinct 2 Office deputies arrested a 24-year-old man after finding a drug-selling setup like no other, according to Constable Jerry Garcia.

Jesus Rodriguez was identified as the primary suspect after deputies with the Special Operations Unit received multiple complaints of possible drug activity at a residence in the 5700 block of Laurel Creek Way. The set-up was right next to the living room that was filled with big couches and a mounted television seen in photographs provided by the constable's office.The Houston Fire Department was called out to open the safe.Deputies noted that neighbors told police that activity was going on all hours of the day and night."We don't need that in our neighborhoods. If it's a concern to them, it's definitely a concern to us.
