Franken, a comedian and former colleague of Graham's, is one of the rotating cast of comedians who have hosted the Comedy Central show for a week as its producers look for a replacement for former host Trevor Noah. “I think Biden wins that,” Franken replied, to which Graham offered the $20 bet. The two shook on it.
