LinkedIn announced it will cut 668 jobs this week amid troubling times for tech workers.

The layoffs come after the company fired over 700 workers in May while citing financial troubles and shifts in customer behavior. Yet as other tech companies fired workers in preparation for increasing interest rates and a possible recession, LinkedIn has seen customer traffic improve dramatically. That’s likely because of artificial intelligence. The site has used the technology to assist job recruiters in their search for new hires.

The company reported increased financial growth in its most recent report, surpassing $15 billion in revenue, and expanded membership to nearly 900 million.
