Thousands of family, friends, and community members lined the streets in Levittown to honor Pennsylvania State Trooper Martin Mack III. Mack, fellow trooper Branden Sisca and Reyes Rivera Oliveras, a pedestrian who they were trying to help on I-95 were all struck and killed by a drunk driver. NBC10's Deanna Durante has the details.
The woman charged with being behind the wheel of the car that struck and killed all three men is Jayana Webb. She is charged with a host of crimes, including third-degree murder and homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence.when they received a call about a man who was walking on the highway. They then left Webb as they responded to the man, later identified as Oliveras.
