According to the social media post, 13 students were transported to the hospital via ambulance or buses for treatment, and two others have been transferred to San Antonio hospitals. Another is pending a transfer, officials said.In an email, the San Antonio Police Department said it has sent its resources to assist Uvalde authorities. The department said it is sending its EAGLE helicopter, crime scene investigators, and SWAT team to Uvalde.
