In a recent TikTok, Lizzo showed herself lip synching to a popular audio of someone singing "I know" over and over. In the video, Lizzo wrote captions that seems to imply she thinks her videos are being removed because of her body type. "TikTok keeps taking down my videos with me in my bathing suits," she wrote. "But allows other videos with girls in bathing suits. I wonder why? Tiktok... we need to talk.""We love Lizzo and her music has been a driver of so many trends within the TikTok community," a spokesperson toldIt's pretty common to see TikTok users saying their videos have been removed from the platform, so Lizzo certainly isn't alone.
This is not the first time Lizzo has sparked controversy just by way of existing. When she wore a dress that showed her butt to an NBA game, people were outraged and called her look inappropriate — though we suspect the backlash was less due to. Still, people commenting negatively about her body won't stop Lizzo from living her best life.
