Long Beach police released new details Thursday about the unsolved 2018 killing of a man at a park, and investigators asked for the public's help in identifying the at-large gunman.
"We hope to get some closure," said Cheryl Malonson, Taft's sister. "It's been almost six years. The family is still devastated by this." Investigators also revealed that they now believe that the shooter was a man in his 20s. A detailed description of the suspect was not available.
