Traffic on I-55 was still closed as of 3 p.m. from south of Ponchatoula to Interstate 10 as crews continued to put out vehicle fires and remove damaged vehicles from the roadway.Louisiana State Police said one vehicle had gone off the interstate and into the water, but the driver was rescued.
